Annual invoice billed at the start of your fiscal year is the default. Purchase orders, check-by-mail, and ACH are accepted. Once your board approves the line item, an invoice goes out with net-30 terms.
No multi-year lock-in. Annual invoicing is the default (15% off vs. the monthly rate); month-to-month is available at a small premium. Prices do not rise on existing customers in their first year.
BoardSites does not host a member portal — your actuarial vendor (PTG, Bay State Pension Solutions, etc.) does. BoardSites provides a clear handoff button to whichever portal your members use, and never asks you to duplicate that data.
